Nedzved Georgy
Born on 21.03.1938 in the town of Pinsk, Brest region, Belarusian.
He graduated from the Minsk State Medical Institute in 1961 on specialty "medical business".
From 1961 to 1962. - Head Brodnitskim rural medical district of Ivanovo district, Brest region.
From 1962 to 1964. - Neurologist at the Central hospital in Ivanovo, Brest region.
From 1964 to 1966. - Clinical residency in neurology at the Belarusian Institute of Advanced Medical.
In 1966 - a neurologist at the Minsk Regional Clinical Hospital.
He worked in the neurology department of the Research Institute of Neurology, Neurosurgery and Physiotherapy 1967 junior, from 1974 - senior researcher.
Since 1977 - Head of the neurological department, and since 1997 - head of the neurological department of the institute.
Since 2005 - Chief Researcher, Department of Neurological Centre of Neurology and Neurosurgery.
From 1967 to 1974. I worked on the problem of "human Demyelinating disease of the nervous system."

It is one of the creators of the metabolic hypothesis demyelination of the nervous system.
Since 1975, actively involved in the execution of the main program of the Institute: "Diseases of the peripheral nervous system."
He participated in the development of the clinical classification of vertebral diseases of the peripheral nervous system. For the first time offered for the treatment of vertebral diseases of the nervous system irradiation of helium-neon laser, hyperbaric oxygenation, modified traction device.
In 1991 he defended his doctoral thesis on the topic: "Some issues of etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of neurological manifestations of lumbar degenerative disc disease (clinical, genetic, immunogenetic research)."
In 1994 he was awarded the Honorary Diploma of the Supreme Council of Belarus.
For a series of scientific papers "Pathogenesis, clinic and diagnosis of neurological manifestations of osteochondrosis" was co-sponsored with the State Prize of the Republic of Belarus, 1995 in science and technology.
Since 2001, he worked on the problem of "Acute and chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency"
