1993 - 2005: Head of Neurological Department for Stroke Patients, Health Institution 5th Minsk Clinical Hospital.

2005 - present time: Lead Researcher, Neurology Department, the Republican Research and Practical Centre of Neurology and Neurosurgery; Team Leader, Clinical Angioneurology Task Force; Consultant, Neurology Department, the Republican Research and Practical Centre of Neurology and Neurosurgery and the Department for Stroke Patients, Health Institution Minsk Emergency Care Hospital. Awarded with a badge of honour 'Prominent Healthcare Provider of the Republic of Belarus' (Order 439-L, 30 October 2007).
Defended a Candidate of Sciences' dissertation 'The Clinical Picture and Lab Diagnostics of Subacute Spongiform Encephalopathies in Humans' (Dissertation Advisor, DMS I.I. Protas).
Author of 4 inventions, 13 methodological guidelines and instructions for use, over 140 publications on the diagnostics and treatment of infectious, degenerative and vascular CNS diseases, cognitive disorders of different genesis.
2010 - 2013: Doctoral Student, Belarusian Medical Academy of Post-Graduate Education Neurology and Neurosurgery Chair (research topic: 'Atherosclerotic Ischaemic Cerebral Circulatory Disorders: Individualized Phenotyping and Differentiated Treatment'). 2013 - present time: associate professor of neurology and neurosurgery Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.
She was a speaker at several congresses of the European Federation of Neurological Societies, and European Stroke Conferences. The report on stabilographic deviations in patients with a cognitive disorder won the prize at the 7th International Conference On Vascular Dementia in 2011 (Riga).
Since 2007: member of the European Federation of Neurological Societies (EFNS) (since 2015: of the European Academy of Neurology (EAN), member of the EFNS Stroke Task Force, member of the Research Committee of the Central and Eastern European Stroke Society (CEESS).
